A man is dead following a shooting in Virginia Beach. Officers were called to the 54-hundred block of Virginia Beach Boulevard yesterday afternoon after shots were fired in the Hunters Mill Shoppes. The man died before he could be taken to the hospital. Police are still investigating and have not released any information about the victim or possible suspects.
Crews are cleaning up after a fuel tanker overturned in Brunswick County yesterday. Investigators say the tanker was carrying over eight-thousand gallons of fuel when it crashed on Old Stage Road. Crews from multiple agencies were working to mitigate the damage from the spilled fuel yesterday afternoon.
