(Lynchburg, VA) -- A first-term Lynchburg school board member will face the city council during a special meeting today about a photo-swapping incident. Joe Murano reports.

School Board Chairman Dr. Martin Day says board member Christian DePaul replaced a picture of former Superintendent Dr. Crystal Edwards with a photo of the character named "sloth" from the movie "The Goonies". He then put Interim Superintendent Dr. Ben Copeland's name on it - calling it a joke - and later apologizing to the board Tuesday.Preview: W-S-E-T reports that since DePaul was appointed to the position in 20-23, the board would have to follow certain procedures to remove him.
