Grant funding for three organizations was announced Monday by Governor Glenn Youngkin. The Shenandoah Valley Battlefields Foundation will receive nearly one-point-seven-million dollars for four projects in Rockingham, Frederick and Shenandoah counties. The American Battlefield Trust will get over one-point-two million for five projects in Dinwiddie, Frederick, Henrico and Spotsylvania counties. The Captial Region Land Conservancy is also getting nearly a million dollars for a project in Henrico County.
