The new study was released by the Veterans United Home Loans and based the rankings on cost of living, crime, median home price, and quality of life. Those Hampton Roads cities have a average home price of $384,504. The number 1 spot went to Tampa, FL. Chris Birk, vice president of mortgage insight at Veterans United says they considered feedback and priorities from hundreds of veterans they surveyed for the study. I'm RR.
