Rocio Rivera has more.Preview: The Blue Envelope Program has launched in the county which will help break communication barriers sometimes experienced during traffic stops. People who wish to participate will be able to pick up a blue envelope for free at several locations throughout the state and add personal documents about a disability or condition. Users will also be able to add important documents like a driver's license, registration, or proof of insurance. The program is designed to make police interactions a bit easier for both police and the person being pulled over.
