It appears the Hooters in Manassas is among the dozens of closures the restaurant chain has undertaken nationwide. More than 40 underperforming locations have met the chopping block recently, including the one on Rixlew Lane near Manassas Mall. Virginia Hooters fans have no need to fret, though. The restaurants in Chantilly, Fairfax and Woodbridge are going strong and plan to remain open.
