Thirty-nine-year-old Toby Kessler was arrested in California on unrelated charges. Surveillance photos of Kessler were widely circulated showing him wearing dark clothing and toting a backpack when he entered the Trump campaign office in Loudoun County on August 11th. It is unclear why investigators still don't know if anything was taken or left behind during the incident. Kessler has been charged with burglary and could face up to 20 years in prison and a $2,500 fine if convicted.
