The ship that caused a Baltimore bridge to collapse earlier this year is now in Hampton Roads. A Coast Guard cutter accompanied the Dali into the area early yesterday. The ship will dock in Portsmouth to offload about 17-thousand cargo containers at the Virginia International Gateway. It will then move on to the Norfolk International Terminals North for scheduled repairs. The Dali was damaged when it ran into the Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26th.
