Due to forecasted rain, officials with the Virginia War Memorial announced plans to move their Memorial Day Ceremony inside Veterans Hall. As a result, seating for the ceremony will be limited. CBS6 plans to livestream the ceremony on their website. The group plans to still host the wreath-laying procession in the Shrine of Memory: 20th Century at the conclusion of the ceremony.
