Eighteen-year-old Asia T. Billups was arrested July 18th after authorities say they recieved a tip that she was sending a New Jersey man videos of sexually explicit images of minors. Detectives interviewed the man and say he told them he met Billups on Snapchat and had been communicating with her via Whatsapp. Federal authorities say there could be numerous victims. Billups is currently being held at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
