Richmond Auctions, a Greenville-based auction house say bidders will have a chance to purchase multiple American artifacts this month. The surrender flag from Fort Sumter, used to signal the start of the American Civil War, will be auctioned off, along with President Theodore Roosevelt's "Big Stick" cane and a walking stick from Daniel Boone. WSPA reports that the flag, made from a sheet, currently has a top bid of $150, while the cane has a top bid of $475. The auction will also feature over 400 firearms and antique collectibles. The event is scheduled for April 25 and 26.
