Dr. Amber McCraw used to be a military air traffic controller, and she's following news of Wednesday's deadly crash at Reagan National Airport. She says being an air traffic controller comes with very high standards, and you have to take proactive steps to ensure aircrafts are separated at all times. As for what caused the crash, she tells CBS 6 it could have been an equipment malfunction, pilot error, controller error or a combination of those.
