EDA Chairman Garet Bosiger says his calculations of tax revenue possibilities show an unofficial estimate of about $17-million dollars per year.Preview: Avaio plans to invest $3 billion dollars into the data center campus on 452 acres of land at the Appomattox Center for Business and Commerce - creating around 250 jobs. Also, since the project is in an industrial park, it does not require a vote from the board of supervisors or a public hearing to move forward.
