The police department arrested a former employee of Elizabeth's Early Learning Center last year after she allegedly assaulted and endangered five two-year-olds. Police have now charged the former interim director of the daycare and three board members, saying they knew about the alleged assault but failed to report it. The former interim director has also been charged with child endangerment.
