An 80 acre lot where the historic Dulwich Manor was built in the early 1900s could soon become the site of townhomes, cluster homes, an single-family lots if town leaders approve the sale of the land, according to Town Manager Sara McGuffin.Preview: Dulwich Manor was one of the largest and most ornate houses constructed in the county during the first half of the 20th century. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places and the Virginia Landmarks Register in 2013. It's unclear when the property was removed or why.
