Former correctional officer Xavier Campbell, along with two others, has been charged in an alleged drug smuggling operation at Greensville Correctional Center in Virginia. CBS6 reports Campbell admitted to smuggling contraband into the facility in exchange for money and was found with a variety of drugs during a search of his person and vehicle. The Virginia Department of Corrections seized over $300,000 worth of drugs during the investigation and emphasized their commitment to preventing contraband from entering their facilities.
