(Portsmouth VA) -- An E-ZPass scam is still trying to lure victims, but now by email. Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: The Virginia Department of Transportation is warning the public of another scam with E-ZPass. This time it's a very realistic looking email claiming for you to pay your unpaid toll. VDOT officials say the scam email is so convincing, they're concerned. Scammers match the color of VDOT correspondence and have the correct logo.
