The Virginia Public Access Project website shows that more than 750-thousand Virginians have voted in person so far, with nearly 270-thousand voting by mail. The total number of early votes so far is down from the 2020 election, when nearly one-point-four-million Virginians had voted by this point. The data shows that the First and Fifth Congression Districts have had the most early voters so far. Both of those districts traditionally lean toward Republican candidates.
