Polling places will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and voters are reminded to take photo ID with them to avoid delays in the voting process. Voters who aren't registered can do so today and fill out a provisional ballot, though it won't be counted until election officials verify eligibility. Virginians will also be picking their next U.S. senator as well as winners in 11 congressional districts.
