Meanwhile, the Brazilian President loudly supported Biden but now claims to be merely sympathetic to Vice President Kamala Harris. The German foreign ministry has spoken out against former President Donald Trump, but not Hungarian President Viktor Orban who the Washington Times says is firmly in his corner.
