The governor signed an executive order on Wednesday to codify election security procedures that his administration has implemented. The measure will require thorough testing of counting machines, around the clock monitoring of ballot drop boxes, and voter list maintenance. The order also outlines rules for non-citizens who attempt to violate the law and register to vote. Youngkin says every legal vote deserves to be counted without being watered down by illegal votes and inaccurate machines. Virginia's next General Election is scheduled for November 5th.
