Governor Youngkin issued an executive order yesterday telling officials to be certain they've followed all state laws regarding election security. That includes rules on securing ballots, certifying ballot-counting machines and maintaining accurate voter lists. The governor said the state's model for election security is working and that every legal vote made in the Commonwealth deserves to be counted.
