Court records show 38 year-old Anthony Stateman admitted to 10 felony counts of larceny with intent to sell. WAVY reports he will be required to repay the city for the stolen items, described as a "whopping amount of restitution." The judge expressed surprise that Stateman had been released on bond and noted that the repayment would likely take years. The thefts went unnoticed for months due to ongoing renovations at the building. A sentencing date has been scheduled for January 17.
