The Cardinal News reports Michael Pollard admitted to violating the code multiple times and apologized for his actions. City Manager Randall Eads had requested information about Pollard's comments, which Pollard acknowledged as Eads' right. Pollard stated that Eads did not deserve the comments he made and expressed regret for his behavior. Eads accepted Pollard's apology, and the City Council did not take any public action in response.
