Tomorrow (Friday) will mark exactly eight years since James Edward "Scooter" Byrd was killed in King and Queen County. The FBI and the sheriff's office held a news conference on Wednesday, saying they are looking for the suspect or suspects who murdered the 24-year-old. He was shot several times in the overnight hours on August 16th , 2016, after several people entered his St. Stephens Church home. Investigators say they are re-evaluating the physical evidence and have requested new DNA testing. Anyone with information is encouraged to call FBI Richmond.
