Court records show Alisha Ferrell, a former Prince George County early childhood education teacher, called a co-worker in October 2024 asking for help, claiming to have been raped while on her way to a student home visit. CBS6 reports the investigation included Ferrell later admiting she staged the crime, including fake Halloween blood, for "attention" and due to being "lonely." The plea deal requires Ferrell to pay almost $3-thousand dollars in restitution to the Prince George Police department and she will lose her teaching license for one year.
