Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: Officials with the Wildlife Center of Virginia say Red is doing well after undergoing surgery to remove a small cyst-like nodule from his eyelid. Red is one of four perigrine falcons that have recently hatched on the Richmond Falcon Cam livestream. He's called Red due to the red identification band he wears. He underwent surgery to remove the mass that was touching is eye. Department of Wildlife Resource biologists and center staff were concerned about the cyst since it was touching Red's eye and could cause damage if left untreated. Red should be back on the Falcon Cam livestream tomorrow if he continues healing well. I'm RR.
