The Virginia Beach City Council has given organizers of the Something in the Water Festival a Monday deadline to meet their obligations to the city. Failure to do so will result in a breach of the city's contract with the festival, which is currently scheduled for April. Organizers missed a December 31st deadline to announce the festival's lineup and begin selling tickets. That deadline was extended because the ongoing wildfires in southern California impacted members of the Something in the Water team.
