Governor Youngkin has ordered flags on all state buildings to be lowered today to honor former state Senator Henry Marsh. Marsh was 91-years-old when he died on January 23rd. He was the first Black mayor of Richmond and served in the state Senate for 22 years. He will lie in state at the State Capitol today and his funeral is scheduled for Saturday. The governor has also ordered state flags to be lowered on Saturday to honor Marsh.
