A federal jury ruled in favor of a Pittsylvania County resident who sued the former chairman of the county’s board of supervisors for ejecting him from a public meeting.Preview: James Scearce was forcibly removed from a meeting in November 2022, leading to a lawsuit against Vic Ingram.
