A well-known popular hobby now praised for its suggested link to prevent against dementia up to the age of 80 years of age, regardless of wealth and education. That's according to a new study out of Edinburgh University. Psychologists kept track of hundreds of Scots lifestyles across nearly a whole century. The research published in the Journal of Environmental Psychology, highlighted cogitive functions stimulated by the activity of the nature of gardening. Health Experts say more research is needed to gain a better understanding how it may further contribute to cognitive health, even in older ages.
