The Trump Administration announced yesterday that more than 11-billion dollars in COVID-19-related funding will be eliminated, with some grants being terminated early. A spokesperson for the health department says the end of those grants will impact some programs and staffing. The spokesperson said the agency will continue its work to ensure public health while navigating the change in federal funding.
