The Hanover County School Board made that decision unanimously this week. WRIC-TV reports that the school board has the final say on which books stay on shelves and which books go -- that was a policy put in place last June. Last November, more than 70 books were removed from libraries at county schools because they were deemed to have sexually explicit content.
