The FBI's Richmond Office gave an update on Thursday, identifying the suspect as Walter Leo Jackson Senior, a convicted serial rapist in Ohio. He is accused of killing 24-year-old Julie Williams and 26-year-old Lollie Winans while they were camping near Shenandoah Skyland Resort in 1996. Special Agent Stanley Meador assigned a new team to the case in 2021 which led to the latest breaking DNA evidence.Preview: The suspect died in prison roughly six years ago.
