(Dinwiddie County, VA) -- Virginia studentswill get a chance to design one county's "I Voted" sticker for first time voters. Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: Dinwiddie County says it will start accepting submissions for the county's I Voted sticker contest. It's open to students in grades K through 12 and will be open through April 15th. Designs must include the phrase "First Time Voter" and must be non-partisan. The Dinwiddie County General Registrar and Electoral Board will choose the top designs. And finalists and the winner will be notified via phone or email. The public will also be able to vote on designs through the county's Facebook page. Parental consent is required. I'm RR.
