(Richmond, VA) -- A judge is ordering a northern Virginia-based pro-Palestinian group to hand over documents demanded by the state. Richard Stelling reports.Preview: Voicer Script:
Attorney General Jason Miyares has accused American Muslims for Palestine of fundraising without properly registering with the state and possibly providing indirect support to terrorist organizations like Hamas. The group filed a petition in Richmond Circuit Court to try to limit the scope of the document request, but the judge handling the case shot down that request Tuesday. The group said it would try to comply with the attorney general's request but could go back to court to block the release of some donor records.
