State Senator Bill Stanley is challenging a 91-year-old Virginia law that requires restaurants serving mixed drinks to also serve a certain amount of food. The Cardinal News reports Stanley, known for his colorful legal career, argues that the law is unconstitutional and unfairly targets small businesses.
