Madison Roberts reports.Preview: The governor says the Downtown Lynchburg Association will get 100-thousand dollars to bring back the Launch LYH program for a third year. Tuesday's grant money announcement will help provide current and future small business owners with the tools they need to thrive in the city's downtown. So far, the organization has helped nearly a dozen establishments. The third round of Launch LYH is set to begin early next year. When it starts, potential entrepreneurs will go through a local eight-week educational course with the winners receiving 20-thousand dollars to jumpstart their businesses.
