She made the announcement yesterday saying the 24-year-old was taken into custody in northern Virginia on an outstanding administrative immigration warrant. He's been charged with illegal gun possession and was living in the U.S. illegally. MS-13, or Mara Salvatrucha, is one of eight Latin American criminal organizations deemed a terrorist organization.
