According to survey results from Representative Abigail Spanberger, of the 18-hundred people asked, most of them say they still have problems getting delayed mail from USPS or the mail is missing all together.Preview: WTVR-TV reports that Spanberger put out the survey after an audit in March that found the Sandston USPS facility wasn't ready to become a regional processing and distribution hub.
