On-time mail delivery in Virginia is getting better but is still among the worst in the U.S. The latest numbers from the U.S. Postal Service's Office of the Inspector General show that on-time mail delivery in the state was just over 77-percent between January and March. That's up from 66-percent between October and December of last year, when Virginia was ranked as the worst in the U.S. The latest numbers move Virginia to third-worst on the list behind Georgia and Wisconsin.
