General Assembly leaders unveiled their "Momnibus" package yesterday in Richmond. Among the measures included in the package are expanded Medicaid coverage for diapers and other baby supplies and a pilot program to open daycare centers in three Virginia Beach schools. House Speaker Don Scott says the package would help reduce physical and mental healthcare barriers and find innovative solutions to address access issues for mothers and families.
