The Arlington County Public Health Division is issuing an alert regarding a measles exposure. The agency says someone who tested positive for the viral disease visited a Harris Teeter off North Glebe Road in Arlington on the afternoon of July 1st. Two other cases were tracked to a CVS Pharmacy and LabCorp in Washington DC. Officials are urging residents in the area to keep an eye out for potential symptoms until July 22nd. The first stage of people who become infected include a fever, watery red eyes, and a runny nose. Virginia is one of two dozen states that have reported measles cases this year.
