Veterans like Ethan Hawk say the Kia VTAP program helps them build on their knowledge.Preview: The program, approved by the Department of Labor, offers over $3,600 a month in GI Bill benefits to veterans. VTAP National Program Executive Bernie Hyland tells WAVY training takes place at their facilities in Chicago, Kennesaw, Georgia and Kent, Washington.Preview: Since its inception, the program has received over 950 applicants and placed 190 technicians in participating Kia dealerships.
