The Botetourt County Sheriff's Office says 97-year-old Catherine Graff was killed in April. Their investigation found that Graff's grandson hired someone to kill her and then committed suicide after her death. Thirty-year-old Steven Fowler of Salem was indicted earlier this week after investigators identified him as the man hired to carry out the murder. Fowler is being held without bond and the sheriff's office says the case is still being investigated.
