Health insurance companies are now required to cover colorectal cancer screenings for anyone 45-years-old and older. Companies with 25 or more employees that do not offer retirement savings plans must now take part in the RetirePath Virginia program. Virginia universities can no longer use legacy status or donations as a consideration for student admission. The upper age for mandatory jury duty in the state will increase to 73-years-old. The state minimum wage increased to 12-41 an hour.
