The officer, Anthony Paul, was accused of inappropriate behavior during sleepovers at his home in 2019. Paul denied the allegations but admitted to a sexual act with the teenager. He has been charged with Felony Custodial Indecent Liberties and is currently on administrative assignment pending the outcome of the court case. WAVY reports that the Virginia Beach Police Department confirmed that Paul has been with the department since 2021 and his police powers have been suspended.
