Investigators are looking for a person of interest in connection to a double murder in Henrico in late March. Police gave an update on Wednesday, identifying 36-year-old Xavier Perkins as the focus of their search. Perkins, who is wanted in Richmond on unrelated charges, has been tied to the incident in the Highland Springs area. That's where two men in their 30s were found shot to death inside a business. Henrico police have posted a photo of Perkins on their social media pages. They are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them immediately.
