>>Toll Fees Rising in Portsmouth
(Portsmouth, VA) -- Tolls on bridges in Portsmouth are going up and drivers are not happy. Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: Starting in January, tolls on bridges in Midtown and Downtown are going up 17 cents. That means E-ZPass drivers will pay $3.23 each way during peak hours. No-peak hour drivers will pay $2.34. And the price is going up even more if you don't have an E-ZPass. Drivers in Portsmouth tell WAVY while the increase is expected, it's not welcome since nearly everything has gone up this year. Some drivers also say the increase in tolls are due to a lack of business growth in Hampton Roads. I'm RR.
