Jason Miyares announced yesterday he has filed a petition to compel Manchester Market to comply with a Civil Investigative Demand issued as part of the investigation. He says he received credible complaints the company took advantage of residents' vulnerability by hiking prices on bottled water. Miyares says he asked the company to voluntarily hand over information tied to the complaints, but they failed to do so. He's asking a court to order the company to produce all documents and information related to the investigation.
